Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design
Also referred to as PIFD, This school is without a doubt the biggest fashion school in the country. They have a large variety of Postgraduate and MPhil courses for their students as well as multiple branches across Pakistan. Those wishing to attain the very best fashion and textile education would do well to look into admission at either the institute's Islamabad.
The QEC has already placed the Fashion School in the "W" category, makes it a great platform for aspiring fashion designers and textile engineers to work in.

- Students have passed SSC/O-Level Equivalent examinations
- 45% Marks are required for admission
- There will be an Aptitude Test in which securing 50% marks is the requirement
- Students that passed will be called for an Interview

As for the admission criteria, there is an admission examination held at the school every year. To get admission, students will have to pass an admission test for which the following guidelines are to be followed:
- Test has 3 Components all in English
- Syllabus will be from the current curriculum of Intermediate Board Examination
- Applicants must demonstrate strong grip on the English Language
- Textile Program Candidates will have a drawing test
- Interview will be conducted in English

UnderGraduate Admission Criteria
The candidate must satisfy the following requirements
- 45% Marks in FA/FSc (55% for BBA Programs)

PostGraduate Admission Criteria
The candidate for Masters in Arts must meet the following criteria for eligibility
